This activity is represented by Teyliom Constructions (TEYCO) aiming to provide a end-to-end experience to the customer from the conception to the delivery of the infrastructure. TEYCO’s compelling vision is to be the most agile and flexible construction player across West Africa able to drive or be part of the massive urban centers' developped in the region. This vision implies to develop and maintain a high quality of service in terms of operation and management of construction projects.
As the core business activity of Teyliom Properties, it implies to act as a developer of various types of projects (Residential, Offices, Commercial, Industrial) and ensure to the customer an end-to-end quality of service compliant with the industry standards.
It is the natural continuity of the property management since in our value chain, the management of buildings from commercial and technical perspectives is included. Specifically, it is mostly related to rental management, management of facility services such as Security, Plumbing, Electricity or Generators.
Building Optimization has been considered as a nice-to-have for many years in West Africa generating several infrastructures with a very low concern about energy consumption and impact on the environment. As a forward-looking player, Teyliom Properties has decided to pay a close attention to pratical methods preventing excessive energy consumption in its building and most importantly to develop a solid expertise on this new business area.
